I closed the email without reading, and then thought to myself, 'You must be informed of the things that make you afraid.' I reopened the article and read through it quickly, and it was nothing I hadn't already known. It didn't make me feel better. My thoughts had nowhere to go to borrow comfort. At least testosterone hasn't made it hard for me to cry.
